Hi all, I'm feeling frustrated today because I'm back up to 150 pounds. I think it's because yesterday was my birthday, and so I ate angelfood cake and chips/crackers. I also hiked six miles yesterday, so maybe I gained some muscle. I just hope that I can wittle myself back down to 148, because at least then I had some hope for my weight to go down.

I could really use some insipiration and encouragement.

I hope all you guys are having a great fourth!!!!

how often do you weigh yourself? I made a bad habit of weighing daily and it just discourages you... water weight can fluctuate by the day let alone the hour... so its best to weigh once a week... same time of day and same scale.

don't worry about gaining muscle weight, eventually it uses the fat as fuel, so it will eat up the unwanted pounds
