Highest Weight: 242.4
Ideal Weight: 170 (even though my doctor say I should be aiming for 190)
What was the worst diet that you have tried? ATKINS! I HATE THAT DIET WITH A PASSION! D:
What diet has had the best results for you? The diet that just tells me don't eat anything until you are hungry...
Do you currently work out? If so, what activities do you participate in? If not, are you looking into to beginning?
I like walking with my iPod on my ears because it's keeps my mind of that I am actually exercising, yet my I feel my heart beat rising, also bellydancing is great to try to!
Do you belong to a gym? If so, which gym? I do, but after walking for long periods of time, and dancing, I am going to cancel my memebership, because I find dancing, walking and do pilates/yoga are much easier for me to do.
What moment made you decide to lose weight? When my doctor told me my insulin level was high. And I surely vowed to myself I will not get Diabetes.
Is there a goal that you want to reach? I want to wear a nice dress that I have been eyeing for a minute for my prom in the Spring of Next year.
Do you have any helpful tips to share? EAT when you are hungry! Don't eat because you think it is the right time to do it. And when you do eat when your stomach is actually growling put something in your mouth that isn't junkfood. I actually look forward to hearing my stomach growl! Oh, and try not to overeat either.
