What was the worst diet that you have tried?
Not eating.
What diet has had the best results for you? I don't know. Besides not eating, I've never tried a diet.
Do you currently work out? If so, what activities do you participate in? If not, are you looking into to beginning?
I've tried going to the gym, it was alright, but since I can't drive, it's very hard for me to get there, as it's in another town.
Do you belong to a gym? If so, which gym?
I used to go as a guest to Top Bodies in Simcoe.
What moment made you decide to lose weight?
I've been wanting to, but I guess the fact that I had lost so much weight, then gained it all back, nothing fits, and I look like a hambeast in my graduation photos.
Is there a goal that you want to reach?
150 is supposedly the healthy weight for my height.
Do you have any helpful tips to share?
No matter what stage of the weight loss game you're at, you have to own your body. And by own, I mean, rock it and live your life with confidence.

Yup. As of today, I'm training for a 5k mini marathon, and I've been working on eating better...more natural stuff. That kinda thing.
